What We Do

Car Rental Czechia is a comparison service for car hire in the Czech Republic. We do not own a fleet and we are not a rental company ourselves. Instead, we gather offers from established local suppliers in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Karlovy Vary and Cesky Krumlov, and present them side by side so you can compare price, car category, deposit conditions and pickup location before you decide. Once you choose an offer, the booking and the rental agreement are concluded directly with the local company that owns and operates the vehicle. Your exact terms - deposit, mileage allowance, fuel policy, cross-border permission - are always confirmed in the voucher you receive after booking.

We started this project because comparing car rental options across different Czech cities used to mean opening a dozen browser tabs, each with different currencies, deposit rules and pickup instructions. We wanted one place where the information is consistent, in plain English or Czech, and where the differences between offers - not just the price - are clear before you commit.

Questions About Our Service

Is Car Rental Czechia a car rental company?

No. We are a comparison service. We display offers from local Czech car rental companies and forward your booking to the company that will actually provide the vehicle. Your rental agreement is with that company.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my rental car?

Once your booking is confirmed, your voucher lists the contact details of the local rental company handling pickup, drop-off and any issues during the rental period. We are happy to help point you in the right direction too.

Why do prices sometimes differ between the comparison page and the final booking?

Prices shown are indicative and can change based on dates, car availability and optional extras. The final price is confirmed at the time of booking, before payment.
