You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false booking details. Information about vehicle availability, categories and prices is supplied by the partner rental companies and may change without notice; the final conditions applicable to your reservation are always those confirmed on your voucher.
When you submit a reservation through this website, you receive a voucher confirming the vehicle category, pickup and return locations, rental period, and the specific local company handling your rental. That company's own rental terms, including deposit requirements, mileage limits, fuel policy and young-driver conditions, apply to your booking and are stated in the voucher or the company's own documentation. We recommend reading the voucher carefully before arriving at the pickup desk, since conditions can differ between suppliers even for the same car category.
Advance payment for bookings made through this website is made by card online at the time of reservation. Cash is not accepted as a payment method for the booking itself; any cash handling at the pickup desk, where applicable, is governed by the rental company's own policy and stated in your voucher. Prices shown are indicative of typical local market rates and are always confirmed at the point of booking.
Cancellation and amendment conditions vary between offers and are shown before you confirm a booking and again on your voucher. Many offers from local companies allow free cancellation up to a set period before pickup, while others may be non-refundable. If you need to change dates, pickup location or vehicle category, contact us as early as possible so we can liaise with the relevant rental company on your behalf.
We take reasonable care to present accurate and up-to-date information, but we are not liable for errors made by partner rental companies, for vehicle availability at the time of pickup, or for events outside our control such as road closures, weather, or changes to vignette and traffic regulations. Any dispute concerning the condition of a vehicle, damage assessment, or deposit handling should be raised directly with the local rental company named on your voucher, and, where relevant, referred to us for assistance in resolving it.
